Subject: Memo for Christmas Public Holiday

The company holiday period shall begin on 11th December, 2021, the resumption date is 10th
January, 2022. All security guards will continue all operations as normal, they are not closing for the year.

  • Senior Permanent Staff are entitled to thirty (30) days inclusive of weekends.
  • Junior Permanent Staff are entitled to twenty-one (21) days inclusive of weekends.
  • Contract staff are not entitled to annual leave.

Permanent staff who have not worked up to one (1) calendar year in service and staff who
are regularized but not up to one (1) year in service shall not be entitled to annual leave.

Please note that Christmas and new year are public holidays. If you are to work on those days, you
will be given holiday pay regardless of your status.

Please note, if you are working in the Head office during the company’s closure time, you will be
paid in lieu of leave. You will be entitled based on clock in and clock out on the biometric system.

Be warned, if you do not clock in and clock out at the stipulated time frame, you will not be paid,
there is no exception to this rule.
