Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) Other wise known as Nigeria stock group(NSG) is a financial body responsible for regulating stock, trade and movement of cash in Nigeria. One of the main duties of the group is to provide access to capital especially to companies who want to expand their business. The Security Exchange commission(SEC) is the body that regulates the Nigeria Stock Exchange since it was created in 1961.
Categories of the Nigeria Stock Exchange
The Nigeria Stock Exchange have three categories in which they list companies:
- The premium Board
- The elites group of companies. They are the larger companies who are listed on the bourse based on profit or market capital market.
