Holland Scholarship for Non-EEA International Students

Brief description:

Holland Scholarship for Non-EEA International Students: Students from countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who wish to pursue their bachelor’s or master’s degrees at one of the Dutch research universities or universities of applied sciences in Holland are eligible for the Holland Scholarship, which is provided by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and is funded by the Dutch government.

Scholarship value/duration:

The sum of the scholarship is 5,000 Euros. Please be aware that this is not a scholarship that covers the full cost of tuition. The grant is given out for a period of one year, and recipients are only allowed to receive it once.

Eligibility:

  • You do not come from a member country of the EEA.
  •  You are applying to one of the Dutch higher education institutions that is participating in the full-time bachelor’s or master’s program that you are interested in.
  • You are qualified to attend the school of your choosing and meet all of its prerequisites .These can be located on the organization’s website at your convenience.
  • This is your first time attending a school in the Netherlands; you have no previous educational experience there.

Application instructions:

To be considered for the Holland Scholarship, you need to submit an application to the participating school of your choice directly. The application submission date is either the 1st of February 2023 or the 1st of May 2023. You are need to validate the right deadline by visiting the website of the educational establishment of your choice.
